“I needed documentation from the past that can be difficult to find or recreate, especially in the area of personal attestations when people are deceased. Aaron was able to provide alternative methods that were welcomed by the immigration authorities

Anthony *emigrated with his family from New Zealand to the USA as a teenager. Over the years, he carved out a successful career for himself, primarily in higher education, and eventually rose to the position of professor at a local university.

Around five years ago, Anthony made a trip to New Zealand with his wife. “It was her first visit”, he says. “We renewed our friendships with my relatives and my wife loved the whole experience. As a landscape artist, she was energised by New Zealand’s glorious landscapes.”

As Anthony looks towards retirement, he and his wife are planning to spend longer periods in New Zealand to continue building relationships with family.

To make this travel easier, Anthony decided to renew his New Zealand passport which lapsed some years ago. But he found the process to be complicated and sometimes anxiety inducing.

“One is never quite sure if the forms and documents meet the right bureaucratic standards. I remember even worrying over whether I’d used the right ink colour on the forms,” he says.

That’s when he sought the expertise of Aaron Martin. “With Aaron’s guidance, every challenge was met with a solution.

“I needed documentation from the past that can be difficult to find or recreate, especially in the area of personal attestations when people are deceased. Aaron was able to provide alternative methods that were welcomed by the immigration authorities.

“Without Aaron’s diligent assistance, I genuinely believe I wouldn’t have achieved my goal,” he says.

Anthony says that he’d recommend Aaron’s service to anyone in need of help to renew their passport. “Aaron was not only competent and deeply knowledgeable, but also genuinely caring.

“Having my passport sorted opens real possibilities of being reunited with family and introducing my wife to a part of my life that I had not known had been so hidden.”
