Susan Mitchell

Office Administrator

Office administrator Susan is the friendly voice on the phone and the face behind the desk who puts NZIL’s clients at ease. Susan joined the NZIL team in 2021 with a background as an international student manager at Kelson Boys High School. This valuable experience gives her helpful insight into the challenges and support needs of individuals and families who come to New Zealand seeking new opportunities.

“I love the satisfaction that comes from helping our clients achieve their dream of living in our beautiful country, and giving them that reassurance that we’re here to look after them,” she says.

During an average day, Susan is chasing up visa statuses with Immigration New Zealand, contacting clients to help get forms filled in, chasing invoices, and managing the multitude of administration tasks that help keep things running smoothly at NZIL.

Having lived in West Auckland for many years, Susan likes to make the most of the west coast beaches and walks nearby. Family time is also a top priority with three children and eight grandchildren living in New Zealand and Brisbane.
